Mr. Stewart, the company's president stepped out of his office as I was awaiting someone to speak with about a part for my new oven no tech was able to locate. Frustrated and w/o an oven for 7 weeks, I asked if he might have ideas, even though I never bought anything from this store. This friendly man expressed concern, and went out of his way to track down a supplier with his national connections. I had the part in a week. Next time I shop for an appliance, this is where I will do business. This was just an act of goodwill, for which he had no reason to go out of his way.

Excellent follow up to service in response to my phone call. I recommend this appliance dealer for its wide array of products. The sales professional with whom we dealt had infinite patience. We really appreciated his willingness to research different brands at multiple price points. Dealing with Mike mad our purchase experience a pleasure.

Great experience. Met a new sales person today, Mike. As usual, helpful, listened to my needs and provided necessary info re: availability, installation issues and product essentials.I have been a repeat customer since 2020. Always a good experience.
