Miguel Dela Cruz came out today to help solve an HVAC issue. Miguel was a pleasure to work with. He set expectations, kept me very informed along the way, and described exactly what the issues were along with the photo/video evidence to show me exactly what he is seeing. And the results were instant - Miguel had exactly what we needed to address the issue in real-time and my house is already cooling off. That’s what I call exceptional service!!
I had Kyle from Streamline out to do some general electrical work and to install an EV charger in my garage. All of the work was explained very clearly and there were no surprises once the work began. I world highly recommend both Streamline and Kyle fit any of your home electrical needs.
I can’t say enough about how good Miguel was. He is very professional.
He is very experienced in working with AC units.
He helped in more ways than just fixing my AC unit. He explained everything in detail, including why it wasn't working. I will not use anyone else from Streamline. He is that good!
