I called about a popping noise and overheating coming from one of our kitchen outlets. Customer service was excellent and dispatch sent Zach out within a few hours. He was very professional and thorough to fix our issue plus give heads up on how to watch for other issues. It’s also good to know that the company employs other skilled labors (plumbing, hvac, drywall, etc). If needed, we will definitely use this company again.
From their intake coordinator to the plumber’s rapid response and repair, we had an excellent experience with Streamline Services. Steven C did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining the different options before replacing our leaky water heater. He took care inside the home so what could have been a big mess was left clean and safe. We will continue to call on Streamline for the services they provide and specifically request Steven for our plumbing needs. We very appreciate their professional work and timeliness.
Tom did a wonderful plumbing job in one of my bathrooms!! He brings a lot of years of experience and expertise! He then came back soon to install a water filtration system in my home! More peace of mind! Thank you so much Tom and High Five!! You deserve a nice pay raise!!
