“Since I was in need of a new plumber I thought I would try Acme Plumbing to see how they worked for a bad clogged sink in hopes I could keep them for BIG issues.I called late and a few minutes later, someone called back to say that they would be there next day. They were up front with the fee for the visit which was very reasonable. The next day, I received a text with a picture of the person that would be doing the work. He looked over everything and then gave me an upfront estimate on the cost which is wonderful. After the work was completed, I paid the exact price that was estimated. No surprises. Clog is gone and I plan to keep this company on my phone for the future.“
“Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. We’ve had JVG in for several different issues over the years and have always been please with the outcome.Service: Install waste disposal“
