“I had two different folks out to my place today from here. Christian Meads did an initial consultation and then Charlie Smith came out to do a camera inspection of the pipes.

First, same day service, including getting the second guy out. Great. Second, they were both professional and friendly.

I spent more time with Charlie, and he did a good job explaining things so I could understand it, giving me options, etc.

Btw, y'all might find it interesting, they came out because my septic line was STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. They also helped clearly document stuff so that the insurance claim will be straightforward.“

The tech was clearly knowledgeable and, after inspecting things, determined the problem wasn't actually plumbing-related — they told me straight instead of trying to find something to fix or upsell me on services I didn't need. They also moved furniture out of the way before inspecting (so it wouldn't get damaged) and moved it all back when they were done. Honest, fast, and thorough. Highly recommend.“

As requested, Rufus contacted me to give me an ETA. He listened attentively to my explanation of our clog problem. We had ongoing clog issues with a hard obstruction 15 feet into our line. I had worked on it and partially removed the clog, as had another plumber. “Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome.
