“Omar has been nothing but spectacular in his service. I was assisting my elderly Dad with his downsizing move to a new location and Omar took down his Level 2 EV charger at his old house and installed it at his now home, in addition to running electrical to the back corner and front corner of the house for his Ring Floodlight Cameras and adding two outlets for wall mounted tv's. My Dad also had a couple more issues and Omar came back and put an LED light and switch in his pantry, and installed a Dedicated 20 Amp Breaker and outlet in his Primary Bedroom for his ceramic heater so it wouldn't trip the 15 Amp Breaker that powers that room. “I used MSS -Ortiz services when I had a new Pool pump installed. State and County requirements required an Electrician pull permits and install the new pump to ensure it was properly wired and grounded. MSA was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. The main issue I had was with the County's red tape and the week delay in issuing the permit after MSS had requested it the same day I hired them. Matt came out to the site originally to look at the project the same day I called him. He was also on site to ensure the County's Inspectors concerns were addressed immediately.
