“I can't comment on charges because the service was free to me through Honda (in-garage level 2 EV charger switch out).

“We recently had several electrical projects completed by Michael and his team including running installing higher amp outlets in office, replacing flood lights, fixing a ceiling fan, and some. MSS-ORTIZ Electrical Services Electricians

“I used MSS -Ortiz services when I had a new Pool pump installed. State and County requirements required an Electrician pull permits and install the new pump to ensure it was properly wired and grounded. MSA was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. The main issue I had was with the County's red tape and the week delay in issuing the permit after MSS had requested it the same day I hired them. Matt came out to the site originally to look at the project the same day I called him. He was also on site to ensure the County's Inspectors concerns were addressed immediately. I would definitely use their services again.“

“I called about a kitchen outlet that wouldn’t turn on after it had tripped the circuit breaker. Omar helped me troubleshoot over the phone (had to reset the GFCI on another outlet), and problem was resolved in minutes. Was upfront and honest, and cost me $0.Another place I called had a $190 fee just to get a quote.“
