“The staff is very friendly and the location is quite well situated. Their timely delivery was very appreciated. However, my clothes after dry cleaning were covered in tiny white flakes that were a bit difficult to remove. I'm not sure why this was the case for the otherwise clean clothes.“

Her expertise, dedication, and remarkable skills made two events for me unforgettable - a photoshoot in Prague and my wedding.My (fiancé at the time) and I had purchased last minute tickets to Prague and I had just found a wedding dress two days prior. With just a few days before our flight was to leave, I was in a bind and needed an alteration to make the dress shorter (it was imperative because we had decided to do a pre-wedding photoshoot in the city!) When I called, I knew that I was making a nearly unattainable request - and at first, she didn't think she could do it. She called me back a few minutes after we hung up and said maybe she could do it - depending on the dress. So I sent her some photos, AND SHE AGREED to help me out. She did an excellent job hemming the dress and I got to have the photoshoot of my dreams - I am SO thankful to her.We ended up needing to delay our wedding after returning from Prague (fiancé got deployed), and I decided that I wanted to alter the dress a bit for the actual wedding (change the look of the top). She worked with me over a few months to create a custom-made piece that I could wear with the dress. When I put it on at the final fitting, I started to tear up a bit - I finally had my dress 'moment' that I hadn't quite had up until that point. She also worked with me to add a flattering bustle to the dress!Beyond the wedding dress, Jenny consistently delivered great routine tailoring for my pants and casual dresses.I cannot recommend Quick-Fix and Jenny enough and am so grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond!
