Great staff Friendly, thorough, and kind!! . I was able to book an appointment easily and quickly for my sick dog. They had a very reasonable plan of attack and the cost didn’t mean I was eating Ramen for the remainder of the month.

Moved to town with my elderly cat, who passed away about six months later. The staff here were so kind and compassionate in helping me through the process and allowed me to defer payment to a later date, not for any financial concerns, but simply due to grief. It was offered to me, not even something I’d thought to ask for. My baby’s ashes were given to me a week later in a lovely urn with a personalized card signed by all of the staff. I was blown away - this was more than my friends had done for me! Heartfelt thanks to the people working here. When I’m ready to adopt again, my kittens will all be seen here!

Always thorough and kind to my pets, my cat hates the vet usually but has had the easiest time at Westside of anywhere we’ve ever taken her. When my cat needed to see a specialist they called several times to advocate for her to get an earlier appointment due to her needs. They always go above and beyond for our pets.
