“Dr. Nall is great. He has helped me with lower back and shoulder pain. He uses joint adjustment and pressure point manipulation to relax muscles contributing to discomfort and pain. Dr. Nall explains how muscles and joints work together while building a personalized rehabilitation program for your specific needs.When I first came to Nall & Dice Healthcare I had lower back pain so bad it felt like shooting stabs of lightening pain when I moved, bent or twisted certain ways. I could barely put my socks on, much less actually work. It was so bad at certain points I was being woken up at night by the pain from just normal sleep movement. The adjustments and pressure point relief really work but doing your part with the personalized rehab exercise plan is crucial to healing stressed/injured and or under developed muscles.Recently I developed shoulder pain and discomfort with reduced range of motion as a result of work activity.
