I had a 90 min Ashiatsu massage with Casey and it was very intense which is what I asked for. My body was hurting in many places and she worked really hard and made me feel so much better, my pain was gone when we were done. She used her hands to work on my neck that is ALWAYS stiff and 2 weeks later it is still so much more mobile. I will be back to Casey!

As an Ashi massage therapist myself, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Barefoot Soles. I am visiting our daughter and their partner for the holidays and this was given to me as a gift. Jes did an amazing job! Firm engaging pressure which helped relieve my tight muscles from intense workouts leading up to the holidays! Definitely recommend! I will be back!

I've been having joint and muscle issues that affects my sleep and when I sit for too long. I don't like the cold, but after consulting with Julie, I tried the sauna and cold plunge and she was right. My body feels more relaxed and the pain has decreased.The staff, Katie helped me "ease into it". She walked me through it so I could be as comfortable as possible. That's excellent customer service.Thank you Bull City Soles for making my day!
