The staff at Jam Carolina are fantastic! First of all, they call back and are on time. They gave a comprehensive quote that outlined everything we needed. They worked with us to update our newly purchased home that needed outside maintenance, including wood rot repair, new gutters, and outside painting. I highly recommend the company and plan to use them in the future for additional work.

We had a fantastic experience with Jam Carolina! Everyone that was part of our project was incredibly professional and great to work with. Chris is amazing, he cares deeply about the quality of the work done by his crew and has a great eye for design. He is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right and that you are happy with the end result! A few years ago, I had James out for a quote on some soffit and trim wood rot repair/replacement on our home. He came back with a reasonable quote within our budget. Not the highest or the lowest.Chris came out to confirm everything prior to work beginning and we made some alterations to the scope of work while staying in budget.The work was completed in a week's time - from demo to painting. Any questions and concerns I had were handled quickly and addressed professionally.
