The staff at Jam Carolina are fantastic! First of all, they call back and are on time. They gave a comprehensive quote that outlined everything we needed. They worked with us to update our newly purchased home that needed outside maintenance, including wood rot repair, new gutters, and outside painting. I highly recommend the company and plan to use them in the future for additional work.

We had a wonderful experience working with Chris and his team at JAM to build a new deck and screened-in porch. Our house and yard posed several engineering challenges which the design team took in stride and was one of the biggest reasons we decided to work with them versus the other companies we talked to. We had some delays with permits but Chris did a great job advocating on our behalf and keeping us updated—the end result was worth the wait! Whenever we had decisions to make regarding design, we were given options and valuable suggestions which we appreciated—especially showing us pictures to illustrate how things might look. All of this together gave us a beautiful backyard space that was above and beyond our expectations and that we will enjoy for years to come. Would highly recommend JAM Carolina Exteriors and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

We had some exterior wood rotting around a dormer window, along with boards around the exterior that were rotting. The work was very well done, and their service was prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again!
