My wife and I discovered the Wellness Station in our late 20's/early 30's after a series of illnesses and injuries. Paul's Feldenkrais classes and physical therapy sessions helped provide much needed relief for my wife's spine, shoulders, and hips (really every joint in the body), and helped solve my own hip pain related to a previous foot injury. More recently, a year of holistic physical therapy with Jacob geared towards the removal of a screw in my foot, reshaping of a bone in my foot, and subsequent rehab from an injury 7 years prior, has helped me regain balance and maximize stability in my foot, with an immensely positive ripple effect through the rest of my body....read full review

I was referred to Jacob after experiencing severe pain in my hip. After seeing 4 different doctors and 2 different physical therapists, I was referred to Jacob. Traditional physical therapy did nothing to help me and I would often leave those appointments in more pain than when I went in. Jacob changed all of that. His approach is thoughtful and designed specifically for ME....not what a textbook says should or might work. Unlike those approaches, his actually does work. Thankfully, with the exercises and insight into the causes of my pain, I can live a pain free life...something I wasn't sure would ever happen. Jacob listens extremely well and tailors the treatment to the needs of my body-mind. Unlike other PTs I have seen, he does nothing by rote, by formula, or by being a drill sergeant. His approach is process-oriented, based on what is arising in the moment, working with the whole person. I trust Jacob completely. He is helping me connect to my body in a gentle way that feels safe. I am experiencing vast improvements under his care.
