Jacob is the absolute best--so attentive, caring, knowledgeable and an extraordinary coach. He has great warmth and empathy, and he creates an inviting, open space. He pays attention to the details, tries to understand who you are as a person, and works that understanding into his programming and recommendations. And Jacob's skill is evident throughout the experience--you feel like you're getting a premium experience from a true expert.
When I was first referred to Jacob, I wasn't enthusiastic because I'd been to two other physical therapists and experienced no difference in my pain. Jacob is the first person who has been able to give me any kind of relief!! I can't tell you how shocked and pleased I was when this happened. He is an incredibly good and thoughtful listener; he truly addresses the issues you bring up. His exercises are innovative and I feel like it's part of his unique treatment in truly personalizing treatment for the client. I cannot recommend Jacob enough!!! I highly, highly recommend him!
