During a rainstorm while we were out of town our house sitters realized there was water leaking from a recessed light… turns out a massive branch punctured our roof the Tuesday before Thanksgiving! Ron quickly came to the rescue. He was super communicative, friendly, and professional. I was frantic, but he was so reassuring and “can-do” that my nerves were quickly set at ease. He was able to send someone over the very next morning and they did an AMAZING job! The repair looks perfect… the plank they replaced has a seamlessly tight fit and the shingles look like nothing ever happened. Travis the sales consultant was on top of everything as well. Everyone was personable, quick, and accurate. They even helped remove rotten framing where they found it. Afterward their cleanup was so complete as to use a vacuum. I’ve had neighbours since have competing companies at their homes and I felt sorry for them. I can’t recommend Pella highly enough.
