Had my first appointment at Salon Povera today. First the salon,
tasteful and comfortable. The vibe, energetic and fun. The staff, so welcoming and friendly. And my stylist, sweet Erick, so knowledgeable about color, so precise in cutting, so expert in styling. Erick listened to me, frequently touched base to see how I was feeling about the cut, made suggestions as he went along.

Made an appointment for a last minute birthday trim and was grateful to see that Skye had an opening since I was previously her client at the salon's former location. I remembered how much I loved my cut then, along with how knowledgeable Skye is with all things hair, how friendly she is with sharing that wealth of knowledge, and how how her skills ultimately show for it! I had an unexpected commitment scheduled right after the appointment, and I SO appreciated Skye being accommodating and understanding - literally going turbo speed WITHOUT compromising the quality of the cut, and still being able to chat about my hair, and other non-hair related topics. First and foremost this salon has the MOST amazing atmosphere!! The stylist at this salon are amazing! I am so thrilled to have found this salon! I had the amazing stylist Eric and let me tell you, he did not disappoint!! I am in LOVE with how my hair turned out!!
