When Dennis Kline came by at the end of the Ram Jack foundation support and dehumidifier/sump pump job for the final inspection, he said, “Don’t ever hesitate to call if you need anything.”I thought, well, that sounds nice, but we’re paid up and who knows how much trouble I’d have getting him out here again.All these months later, I had a question about a moist area. He came out and followed me into that wicked dirt crawl space that’s so hard to navigate. And he identified the problem. An original cast iron pipe below the kitchen sink had started leaking. I really appreciate the visit from Dennis Kline of the Ram Jack company. I sought the visitation due to cracks on the walls at the doors of a few rooms at my home. Dennis called in advance and arrived on time. He assessed the walls and gave valuable insight as we toured the home. Once Dennis went under the home into the crawlspace to view the structure ,he let me know the probable cause of the issues inside the home. He was very open, honest, and professional. Although Ram Jack would be unable to immediately assist with the issues, I had a clear understanding of what was required to resolve my issues.
