Truck driver hit and run. I called police and the company because I got pictures of driver, truck and dot number. I have been dealing with management but they are not trying to help in any kind of way. Watch out for this company and the drivers
Purchased Valera Hickory 7” on 8/7/18 . Flooring has NOT held up. Buyer beware! Color wears off especially in the seams. Contacted the place where we got the flooring and they brought a rep from Dealers Supply with them. The rep was not helpful and found a reason to say they would deny my claim. So much for a warranty. Poor product! I’d give a zero if I could.
