I had the best experience with Dr. Norah. I engaged her for pelvic floor therapy while pregnant to prepare for birth, and I also had many sessions in the months following birth to aid in my recovery. She helped me prepare to push and learn what muscles to engage, and my birth went smoothly, which I credit largely to her! She also helped me recover fully and gave me lots of great tips and exercises to ensure my pelvic floor regained its strength but also wasn’t overly tight. I highly recommend her to any pregnant or postpartum women looking for pelvic floor physical therapy!

Highly recommend Functional Phyzio. One on one appoinments are hard to come by these days and makes a big difference in treatment outcomes, in my opinion. I appreciate the time Norah took to diagnose my injury and come up with a plan that was specifically tailored to my individual needs. Great experience!

Norah is the best! As a guy, I was super nervous when I started to feel pain in my pelvic floor. Norah’s assessment gave me peace of mind and her program was able to nix the issue quickly. If you’re considering reaching out, DO IT!
