We loved her style of asking us lots of questions and customizing the training to what was important to us and what we felt we could manage. Our dog Cisco is a whole new pup now and we are much more in tune with him and how to help him become an amazing part of our family!“

“dr hirshenson gave me realistic options for when my cat got hit by a car. the staff took great care of charlie and did not mind when i called for updates. emergency animal care is expensive, there’s no doubt there but they also offered a less expensive alternative to surgery while assuring me that i was making a sound decision. charlie and i are grateful for their care.“
