Rachel, the practice manager, was outstanding and cooperative with USDA certifications. Visits to the clinic have always been pleasant, with vets always gentle with cats. The team at Urban Tails has been flexible, creative, and very gentle in providing excellent medical care to anxious dogs. Over time, they have really earned a dog's trust and are able to get so much more accomplished in visits.
In the same week that they unexpectedly lost their beloved founder and our veterinarian, Dr. Bennett, this team met my husband and I with nothing but kindness and compassion as we had to say goodbye to our sweet dog of 15 years, Shadow. Leading up to Shadow’s passing, Dr. Bennett had multiple phone calls with my husband and I about what to expect with compassionate euthanasia and answered our many questions. When she sadly passed so unexpectedly before his planned appointment, her staff and team stepped up with tremendous empathy amidst their own grief. They were patient with us, answered additional questions, and walked us through our final appointment with Shadow with so much professionalism and warmth. I’m not sure what more could serve as a testament to the kind of practice this is and the kind of person Dr. Bennett was, to surround herself with the kind of people that could carry on in this way in her absence. We are forever grateful to this team.

This is by far the most wonderful overall experience I have had with a veterinary hospital EVER. The entire staff was incredible. From the amazing admin, Crystal, who worked to get my semi emergent situation in along with my busy schedule, to Megan, the technician who handled my cat Monte with the greatest care. Then, to top it all off with Dr Bennett, who’s presence was just so assuring and calming and really listened to me when I talked about Monte’s behavior. This vet clinic is one in a million and I will never go anywhere else. We are so lucky to have them in The triangle. 100% worth the drive from Hillsborough.
