Urban Tails has consistently gone above and beyond for us since we started seeing them with our new puppy right when they opened nearly 3 years ago. They genuinely care, are great communicators, and have always treated our dog like their own. We could not ask for or imagine a better veterinary team.

When we decided to get our first puppy, we were very nervous about picking a vet. My husband called 5 different clinics, and he said that Urban Tails was the only one to patiently listen to and answer his many questions.Since that first phone call, they have been nothing short of amazing. They treat our dog like he is their own pet. Our dog became fearful of bloodwork after a wild trip to the emergency vet. Honestly would be lost without them, they made the end of life experience for our dog so much more better than we had had elsewhere with our cat 5days before, losing 2 pets in less than a week was devastating for us, we moved away from Durham but we're so glad that we drove the distance to urban tails than to go to our local vets as the staff and vets at urban tails couldn't have been more, kind, supportive and patient with us. If we ever get pets in the future I would fully trust urban tails with their care. Thanks ??
