The team at Urban Tails has been flexible, creative, and very gentle in providing excellent medical care to anxious dogs. Over time, they have really earned a dog's trust and are able to get so much more accomplished in visits.

They were very patient and understanding with my nephew's cat. She was a farm cat he inherited which had not been to the vet in years. She's a bit temperamental and not used to being handled. The tech and doctor got down on the floor and met the cat where she was comfortable. They gave us advice and medication for future visits. They did not shame us at all for the cat's condition as they know we are doing what we can to get her healthy. She was actually quite comfortable after a few mins. Amazing experience! Dr Paschall was able to put my fear reactive German Shepherd at ease. Raine allowed Dr Paschall to touch her, administer vaccinations and draw blood. I was afraid I would never be able to have examined unless she was completely sedated. Thank you Dr Paschall and the Urban Tails staff!
