Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating provides a great experience with easy appointment setup and quick issue resolution. They have been offering regular HVAC maintenance and urgent services for about 3 years. Their technicians are known for being fast, helpful, friendly, and punctual. They schedule and invoice promptly, and their prices are fair. The staff is polite, efficient, and tidy, leaving the work area nearly the same as before. They take the time to explain their work and ensure customers feel safe. Recently, they helped with a PCV for a water main, showing they are incredibly nice and helpful, and they completed the job quickly and reasonably. The technicians also performed preventative maintenance on a sewage pump with professionalism and competence, and the customer plans to deal with them again. They are knowledgeable and attentive, sometimes arriving earlier than scheduled with a courtesy call. They discovered issues that were not previously known and fixed them effectively. Overall, Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating offers excellent service and is highly recommended.
Had a leak in main water line from meter to house. Brown Brothers (Frank and his cohort) responded quickly, and once we determined the problem required replacement of the main line, they were quick, thorough and professional in replacing it for a very reasonable price given the scope of the job. Will use Brown Brothers again in the future and recommend them highly.
Broken pipe in crawl space noticed at 10AM. Service request at 10:30. Service technician arrived at 12PM. Pipe obtained at 12:30. Job completed at 1:15.
Brown Brothers Plumbing is the best! Again!
I have used Brown Brothers for several years and always been satisfied with their service. They came prepared and quickly repaired an underground pipe feeding my back flow preventer. Most importantly they came wearing masks and observing social distancing.
