Johayward is the best technician! I rent and have had 5 of my rental company’s techs come to my house to attempt a repair on my mini-split AC unit since July. All the techs either didn’t know how to repair it or only looked at it for a few minutes. Not Joe! He was extremely thorough and explained to me everything he was seeing. He basically took apart and put back together the entire unit. He diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part and was able to fix it better than how it was working before it broke! Joe seriously has been a savior after dealing with a lot of fails during this process. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!!!
