Von is a real pro
I tend to have a lot of tightness from doing endurance sports all the time, and Von is hands down THE BEST at working on me and making everything feel like new again! Really hard to find a deep tissue therapist who can apply a lot of pressure for the longer sessions but Von always delivers. I've been going to Von for deep tissue for a little while now, and I do not even consider going anywhere else. Von is incredible at what he does and I highly recommend you give him a shot!

This is my favorite place to go! I came in with pain in my right shoulders/trap and Von fit me in last-minute on a Sunday.
I was so thankful cause the pain was so bad and I couldn’t sleep much the night before. Von worked all the problem areas and took his time until the knots and pain were gone.
I left feeling so much relief and it changed the course of my week and my workouts.
Definitely worth the deep tissue/sports massage to help your muscles recover.
