“Great experience with Florida ECM, especially with Alex. My 2020 Freightliner Cascadia was having a serious issue where it would suddenly lose power, come to a complete stop, and the gas pedal would give me no RPM or response. After turning the truck off, it would sometimes only make a clicking noise and wouldn’t start. I would have to try starting it more than 10 times before it would finally start, regain power, and let me drive a few miles before losing power again.

I called Florida ECM on Saturday before they closed and spoke with Alex. He was extremely professional, respectful, and took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing. Based on the symptoms, he told me the issue was with the ECM. I placed an order and asked if I could pick it up Sunday even though they were closed. Alex went above and beyond and arranged for someone to leave it for me.

I flew down Sunday morning, picked up the ECM, gave them my old one, and flew back home. I installed it, and the truck worked perfectly. The ECM was a little expensive, but it was definitely worth it. Alex provided excellent customer service from start to finish and really helped me when I needed it. I highly recommend Florida ECM!”

“My brake chamber blew out on me and I called around for a few hours trying to find someone to come out to me. I tried the usual suspects, Loves, TA, even tried local businesses but had no luck until I contacted Quality Lugo Services. There was no problem with getting someone out that night and got me back on the road. However, while traveling back from my delivery my brakes locked up again and there was an air-leak from the same area of the brake chamber that was worked on. I was near a Petro and brought it in. They found that the service hose was rubbing against the drive shaft and put a hole in it. It was dark and I was attached to my trailer the night the Quality Lugo tech was working on my truck. I’m not sure if it was poorly secured or what ever he used to tie it down was weak and broke but I understand that is was difficult situation and things happen. Petro kept me waiting for 6 hours only to tell me they don’t have the parts to help me. So I called Quality Lugo and they had no problem send the technician back out late on a Saturday to fix me up with no hassle. The Technician was friendly, professional and didn’t make excuses he got to work and got me fixed up, I appreciate that. This company gets an A+ from me, They are reliable and easy to work with, they showed they cared about there work and costumers. I will call them again if I’m stuck down here again. Thank you guys!”
