This place was amazing , we did not know what was going on with my cat he suddenly stopped eating, we found pieces of a toy, we rushed him to an animal hospital where we left without any concern addressed and a $1000 bill. I took him to Southpaw the next day and they were not only more affordable but also did way lot more testing, and give me the answers and the protocolo to make him feel better they treat Conrad 🐈 with compassion and kindness. And it was a relief to find them . I will be back here if anything else happens to him
Always great service and attention to detail i feel very safe with them to make a good decision about my dogs health . They always call the next day to check on him and let me know the charges before they do the work.
We love SouthPaw Animal Health and Dr. Alyssa Hannon. Everyone we’ve interacted with (the veterinary techs and staff) has been kind, competent, and compassionate.
Communication is excellent and prompt, their website makes everything easy to navigate, and follow-up care is seamless. What has especially stood out to me is that they actually call the next day to check on how your pet is doing (and honestly, to check on you too). That kind of care is rare and means a lot.
