​I originally left a 1-star review after a frustrating walk-in experience where wait times were significantly longer than estimated and communication at the front desk fell short.
​However, the practice manager, Shannon, personally reached out to me to address my concerns. She was empathetic, took full responsibility for the breakdown in communication, and helped me schedule a dedicated appointment.
​When I returned for the actual appointment, the experience was different. We were brought back in an hour. the care my Coco received was excellent, and the staff was attentive and professional. Thank you 😊

First time here with my expensive ball of fluff, as Foofy’s longtime Vet has recently retired. Dr. Laura Rasche and staff were amazing here at Animal Doctors of South Tampa. They really took their time listening to the Foof’s extensive history of skin, sensitivity issues, etc.. quickly identified the best treatment plan and bonus, it was affordable. Beautiful clean facility, and from the front desk to the Doctor. Everybody was absolutely lovely. We will be back. It was such a relief. Five paws!

I cant say enough how professional, affordable, and how efficient they were in this vet office. Dr Putnam is so down to earth, made it easy to understand the situation, what was going on and acted quickly for my pet.
