We have taken both our dog and cat to North Bay Animal Hospital for nearly 5 years and have always had great experiences, but recently I have been even more impressed! This weekend my cat had an emergency, and despite having a busy schedule, Dr. Cash managed to fit her in promptly to be evaluated and took incredible care of her. Later in the week, she came in for a scheduled dental cleaning and the entire staff of doctors and techs took such great care of her and made her feel so comfortable. I am so appreciative of the care they provide to our pets!
I came in as a walk-in I had two little kittens that were sick. They were able to squeeze me in their schedule. And the service was completely courteous and I look forward to going to the office again for my kitten shots.
I called on a Sunday to see about an appointment for my dog, Mooney, who suddenly exhibited signs of a UTI. Lexi found an opening for us. The staff here is truly outstanding and Dr Jose and her tech were especially caring and thorough. Despite being fully booked, my wait was very reasonable. Dr. Jose explained her findings and prescribed medication. I was pleased with both the service and the fees. Highly recommend North Bay Animal Hospital
