The way she explains things and listens is hard to find. Originally came to Vet when my vet could not see my dying cat, and Kendall helped me through that moment. Since then, I have started bringing all of my pets to this vet and have never looked back. Highly recommend checking out, even the first come first serve waiting is usually not bad, and they are very transparent with timing.I highly recommend switching vets or checking this one out.“

“Had a regular check up with Dr. Gustavo, I can say from trying multiple vets around Tampa, he and the staff are some of the best. They took their time with us explained everything during the appointment, actually saw them do the tests, bloodwork, shots and various exams. All while educating me about preventive treatment for my healthy 10yr old terrier and pointing out things I can do to improve my dogs life. All in all, great people who really care about animals and want to help. Would recommend!“

“Highly recommend VSS. From the time we scheduled the consultation to now (months after surgery) Dr. Hay and the team have been great to work with. We brought our Aussie in for TPLO surgery. Dr. Hay was very thorough in his explanation of the surgery and ready and willing to answer any questions we had. The staff were very friendly and great with communication throughout. Hopefully we won’t be back but if the dog needs surgery again we know where we will go!“

I've never showed up on time for an appointment and waited long for the Vet, they're actually stick to their appointment times and that's not even the best thing about them. Everyone is very friendly and loving to all the pets. They really do care, and have confidence in their care. I get to stay with my dogs during the visit which the other Vet always took my dog into the back and asked me to pick him later. If you are looking for a warm loving caring team for your pets, give them a chance.“
