“We love Paws Paradise! We have 2 high energy GSPs and they’re both able to run and burn off their energy here. The employees are incredibly friendly and make an effort to get to know my dogs and me which is such a relief to have employees we trust with our pups while we’re not around. I spoke with the owner before my pups temperament test and shared all of my concerns and our dogs unique needs, she was incredibly attentive and it was evident she understood dogs and specifically the GSP breed. We are thankful to have found them and are looking forward to more days at daycare!“

“Update: I’ve boarded a couple times with Hounds Town now and love it! I know they treat my dog well because she can’t wait to go back and can’t leave boarding or daycare without spending several minutes running up to all the staff in the lobby and loving on them before we leave! She even dressed up as her Houndstown besties for Halloween this year!I loved the little report card I got! It was adorable and made it clear they paid attention to my pup while she was there!“

“I cannot say enough positive things about this Vet. Kendall Putnam Is one of the most caring and compassionate vets I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The way she explains things and listens is hard to find. Originally came to Vet when my vet could not see my dying cat, and Kendall helped me through that moment. Since then, I have started bringing all of my pets to this vet and have never looked back. Highly recommend checking out, even the first come first serve waiting is usually not bad, and they are very transparent with timing.I highly recommend switching vets or checking this one out.“

“We had the best experience in the 14 day/day school with our recently adopted rescue dog, Buttercup! Reece is a phenomenal trainer - very patient and loving. Buttercup needed socialization and was not familiar with a leash or collar and was scared to get in the car, go for walks, etc. when we started the training. Within a week, she had gained confidence and was getting in/out of the car willingly, starting to enjoy walks and LOVED going to school with Reece! We appreciate that we also had lessons with Reece so we can be consistent with the training at home. Buttercup has come a long way in a very short time thanks to Reece and Kirsten! We couldn’t have done it without them.“
“My aussiedoodle is really high maintenace/full of energy, so I am always a little nervous when he is meeting new people. But Puppy Manor had Shadow's number! I had to do the initial evaluation drop off to see if Shadow would be a good fit- and it turned out great! Shadow loves the space to run around and play with the other big dogs. Price is great too (another place I used to use charged extra for bigger dogs and extra for "group" play time). Here its all playtime! Thank you again for the TLC. Shadow loves it here. Staff are wonderful too! I am using Puppy Manor for both boarding and Daycare.“

“Love Pilar, her husband, and family! They are so caring and I trust them fully with my babies. The dogs are not separated by size but they vet all the animals before accepting them. So I feel comfortable with my smaller dogs being mixed with the group. All dogs require vaccine records. Prices are reasonable for the care, quality, and last minute drop-off requests! Would recommend.“
“Our eclectus parrot Stephanie was territorial and a biter. Jess taught us how to make the right changes. We listened to her advice and were able to see results almost by the end of the first week. Currently we’re 1-2 months out and Stephanie no longer bites at all. It’s like we have a completely different bird. Thank you Jess for helping our family.“

“February, 2024 updated review:I am still 100% pleased and satisfied with the new staff at Gandy Animal Hospital. I’ve used this facility to care for multiple dogs since 2014 and have always been pleased with their services. I’ve stayed with them throughout several staff changes over the years because I’m still pleased and because of the extensive services that they offer. I’ve been particularly impressed of late because they were able to quickly assess an emergency situation with my new dog and refer me to the nearby Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) when she required a higher level of care. The communication between Gandy Animal Hospital and VEG was seamless, professional and facilitated my dog’s safe recovery from what could’ve been a fatal event.I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the care, services and professionalism of Dr. Heinen and his entire staff at Gandy Animal Hospital (GAH). I've been a Tampa resident for a year and I brought my dogs to GAH based on a recommendation from my landlord and after visiting several vets in the south Tampa area. I stay with them because they expanded their hours, they treat me and my dogs with respect, the facility is CLEAN, and the wide variety of services available at GAH gives me confidence they can provide far more than basic veterinary care. My dogs mean the world to me and I know I have the best partner for their health and well being. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a positive experience and get the best care from an exceptional team of professionals.Specifically, I have seen Dr. Heinen, Dr. Gladnick and Dr. Callahan and they are all are highly competent and compassionate. I especially like the fact that they include me in all treatment programs for my dogs; they don't just throw a bottle of pills at a problem and tell me to make a follow up appointment. We review x-rays, talk about different courses of action, why they recommend a particular medicine and they ask me how I feel about how my dogs are responding to their treatment. That is why I feel they respect me and want the best care for my dogs.The additional services GAH provides like email reminders, follow up phone calls, providing interesting articles about pets and local issues like hurricane evacuation tips, nutrition concerns, environmental dangers and the like help me stay organized and informed about my dogs' health.Bottom line: I am a demanding consumer and I expect that when I trust someone with my dogs' health, they give 100%. The team at GAH is more than up to the challenge.“
“All the people are kind, they cut my dog's hair very well. My dog does not get along with other dogs and they at Doggyday assure me that she is fine, I have taken her several times and I always leave happy and calm!“

“We had such an awesome experience with Raegan in the Tampa area. We had one on one classes for T’Challa (Belgian Malinois) for 11 sessions. At first to T’Challa did not like to be around other dogs or people. He had a lot of nervous energy that needed to be directed. Our boy came such a long way and super excited to start groups and watch him to continue to grow. Highly recommend!!!“
