“We took our 2 6 months old mini Schnauzers to the boot camp two weeks training. The staff was very professional showing us the camp area (very clean and perfect temperature for the hot days we have been having.)
To my girlfriend it was a long two weeks.
Picked them up yesterday, WOW what a difference in their attitudes and listening to commands.
Will probably take 2 weeks for my girlfriend and I to get train in guiding them

“An 80-pound German Shepard Dog, even if he is friendly at heart, can put fear in people and other dogs who don't know him. On day two, when I walked into the room and saw five dogs sitting on their beds quietly and not getting off, I was surprised to see my GSD among them. I knew I had found what I was looking for. I had done the puppy training and the basic training. I even did an online training. Nothing was like the Dog Wizard and our trainer, Deirdre. She was knowledgeable, caring, and patient (more with me) yet firm when needed. Her experience made her a natural at training our dog. She was even better at training me and explaining to me all the things about dogs that I thought I already knew. It was fun and a great learning environment for both me and Sage (our GSD). What made it even better is that at the end, I was told there are support classes twice a month that we were invited to for life. Can't get any better than that! I strongly recommend Deirdre and the Dog Wizard to make you a better dog owner and your dog a better friend.“

The staff here is truly outstanding and Dr Jose and her tech were especially caring and thorough. Despite being fully booked, my wait was very reasonable. “Beach park took the best care of our golden boy. When our previous vet found a potentially cancerous lump we were told it would take them almost a week to provide us an estimate let alone do the procedure…I called beach park that afternoon and that had our boy in the next morning took care of everything. Can’t say enough good things and look forward to going back for all our future needs“

“Hounds Town Doggy Daycare has truly been such a blessing for my baby Knox! From the moment we started bringing him, I could tell how much they genuinely care about the dogs there. Knox absolutely LOVES it — he gets so excited when we pull up, and that alone tells me everything I need to know.

They take such amazing care of him, and I always feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. One thing I really appreciate is how they always take the cutest pictures of your baby throughout the day. It makes being away from him so much easier when I get to see him having fun with his little friends.

They even go the extra mile by sending his food containers back home clean every single day after I bring his meals. That kind of attention to detail and thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed. And let me tell you — he is GOOD and exhausted after daycare, which means I know he’s had the best, most active day ever!

“I have been coming here ever since I was a child, and my mom had ever since she was a teenager. We have brought ferrets, dogs, and birds and always received such great, caring service.

Last year, I adopted my first dog on my own, and of course there was no other vet I’d take her to. Not even two months ago, I brought her in to get her annual vaccines when Dr. Brooks noticed some lumps in her mammary glands. It is something that I probably never would have noticed on my own. He walked us through what it could be, as well as what we would have to do to test them. With the probability of it being cancer, and with my financial situation, I was heartbroken and preparing for the worst, but the entire team handled this situation with so much grace and they were extremely understanding and able to work with us.

All of her diagnostic tests and surgery were done in just a few weeks without any complications. We got her stitches removed yesterday and I am so so thankful for Dr. Brooks and the entire team here. Sticky has been doing so well, and the cancer was caught before it had the chance to progress. I can’t even explain the relief I feel for getting to have more time with my baby. We owe it all to everyone here for catching it and removing it with such swiftness and care. I could not recommend them enough.“

“They had our Frenchie for 3 days and had him bathed and groomed when we arrived to pick him up! That's service!“

“We have three rescue dogs. Two of them are Deafy’s. Both are Bullies. The younger of the two, Floki, was recently adopted. He was around seven months old when we adopted him. The older one is Edison, and he is three years old. Both are males.

If you’ve had any experience with Deafy’s, you know that they are very attached to their humans. When introducing a new dog into the mix, it can be pretty challenging. We had a very big concern that our two would not work out.

I had met Brandi a few months before we adopted Floki and, as we were having a very difficult time integrating the two dogs, I reached out to her. Brandy did an amazing job of giving us the tools that we needed to work with our dogs to bring them together. It took a few months but with hard work and the right exercises, we were able to pull it off and now they’re best of friends.

“Pilars is great. They are the only place during Covid that would let me take a tour and make sure my little guy would be happy and actually walk him around and familiarize him with the place. They’ll pick him up and they’ll drop him off and they groom him. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Especially Monica and Pilar!!“
