I love this studio, everyone was welcoming and the space was wonderful. And they have lots of classes throughout the day which is great for wacky schedules. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for hot yoga or even other types of classes.
Erica was amazing! I've done aerial yoga before but never quite like this. We got to experience all of the cool poses and the revelation that all it takes is TRUST! I did things I didn't know I was capable of!! I will be back for Erica's Aerial EXPERIENCE!!
I had the pleasure of attending Ms. Erica J's Aerial Yoga class today. It was a great experience and one of the best stretches I've had. She motivates you to push beyond your limits and trust your body's capabilities. I'm planning to attend her class again.
