Gaze is the kind of place you walk into and the sense of belonging turns it into an extension of your home. Thankful for this wholesome experience. Practices were incredible and extremely healing :) My first hatha experience, I’m hooked! Teachers are brilliant, covered in knowledge and commitment to their community, so compassionate and caring. I need to be back!Here’s the stuff …Their Hot Flow classes are pretty fiery come prepared. If you’re in need of realignment, Hatha Strong classes will sort you out. And if you’re ready to seize the day and nothing can stop ya, 26&2, bring an extra towel cause you will SWEAT!Whatever you go with you can’t do wrong

I love the 26&2 Bikram hot yoga classes at the Gaze hot yoga studio! Awesome studio! Very welcoming!….And especially enjoy Maryam’s classes! She is a really amazing instructor! ?‍♀️

I went for the aerial yoga a few weeks ago and had an amazing time!! It made me feel capable and strong, plus the class was very welcoming and beginner friendly, though they gave the option to make it more difficult if you are feeling up to the challenge. I would love to come back sometime soon, such a fun and unique experience!
