5 outta 5 for a well taught hot 26+2 class in a nice studio. I purchased the 2 week traveler pass which includes mat and towel rental...perfect for my needs. Owner and staff were welcoming. I've practiced hot 26 in a few locations for the past 5-ish years and I have grown to appreciate learning something NEW, which I experienced here. <3

I am grateful for the instructors at Gaze. Each, instructor with their own unique style,has guided me to be my best self every time I am on my mat. Especially my go to early morning yoga Sculpt instructor, Nicole. Ohhh, I can't forget Maggie, 12 o'clock hot flow. Only she can get me to a noon day class. Thanks for making my yoga journey so much better!

I came to Gaze for the first time this week while they were having their open house with complementary classes, and I have to say I have been so impressed with both the classes and the energy in the space! Everyone has been so kind and welcoming (Wes, Jenna & Nate especially!) and taking a moment to explain things and show me around, I really enjoyed that the classes provided both an all-levels feel while still offering challenges depending on skill level. And the diversity amongst the students and the community is SO nice to see! The sauna & cold plunge is GREAT as well!
