“We used Proactive Construction to build out a new closet in our master bedroom. This involved creating a brand new wall with framing, drywall, painting, trim, etc. and a barn door. We also had an air-conditioning vent added. Brian and his team were easy to work with and always showed up exactly when they said they would, which is so rare these days with any service providers. The wall looks like it has always been part of our bedroom, which was the goal. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them for any construction project.“

Was our first stop after the big box stores (don't do it!) and should have been our last stop. Found flooring material there immediately (such a wide range of choices - if you can't find something there, I don't know how to help you) and then scoured the area for shower tile, but in the end found what we wanted back at Noble. Also got backsplash tile from them.

Adriano really knows his tile (brought a piece from HD trying to find something similar, and with one glance he knew it was cheap Indian tile) and is just the nicest guy. Goes out of his way to help you find and get what you need at the right price point for you, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We won't go anywhere else for tile in Tampa! “Bowden Carpet came to my today and clean my sectional and living room rug and 3 bedrooms, including one of my rooms that had two stubborn pet stains. Stains are gone and sectional smells clean and smells great. Would recommend and use again.“

“I had great terrazzo restoration done by Bayshore Cleaning and Restoration this week in 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. David did a wonderful job. He carefully matched the colors, filled and sanded chips and cracks, cleaned and removed stains and old paint, polished until it shines. He was very professional at reasonable cost for the time. Count me as a reference.“

“My experience working with Lou Phillips painting was absolutely seamless start to finish. Lou (the owner!) came to my house to see the job and later that same day emailed me a detailed quote. Once I signed the wheels were in motion. I was contacted by Ray re scheduling and there were zero problems, changes, issues with the job. The 3-man crew completed the painting meticulously in just a few days. Once they started they were never pulled to work on another job so mine was finished as scheduled. Unfortunately , I think it's unusual for a contractor to not require a deposit, to stick to the schedule and to be a great communicator throughout the process. I will absolutely hire again. Highly recommend.“

“Sorry for being such a slacker but Oak Leaf installed my unfinished engineered red oak florring back in 2019. Its now 2024 and they look as good if not better than when they were installed. They were super easy to work with and finished the project ahead of time.“
