My initial appointment with Dr. Jack Thigpen was absolutely refreshing! He and his entire team were so sincerely engaging and compassionate towards me, as well as, the other patients who were "checking out" and those that entered after me. Their interactions were a pleasant surprise. It was just the nicest and most relaxed feeling to know that I was in the hands of not just excellently qualified individuals but sweet people with caring hearts. It was a wonderful experience.

Very personable staff. Dr Thigpen is the best! I haven’t met too many Drs that shake your hand and introduce themselves. He explains in detail what he is going to do during your procedure.And makes you feel at ease if you’re a little nervous. He’s a true professional!

Outstanding experience !! As this visit was a follow up for previously installed implants; I am thoroughly impressed by Not only Doctor Thigpen but his amazingly wonderful staff as well !! I have complete confidence in his skills and those of his staff !! One should have no fear of pain no matter the procedures performed by this extremely talented professional oral surgeon !! He places keen effort on a patient's comfort and understanding of procedures !!I am truly Blessed to have Dr. Thigpen in My corner !!
