I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and knowledge of those representing Carpet Crafters. This is the second time I have ordered carpet from Carpet Crafters and both experiences were exceptional. Five years ago I ordered carpet for my living room and, to this day, I still admire the appearance and quality. It's an off white carpet and remains good as new which I attribute to the quality. More recently I ordered carpet for a stair runner and I admire it every time I traverse up and down the stairs. Carpet crafter is an excellent business! We used them to install carpet in 3 bedrooms and a closet. Everything from the selection process to installation was top notch. They have a unique process, different from the traditional way where someone comes to your house. However, I prefer this because we were able to see all the samples rather than what someone can fit in their car. Their staff at the showroom were very friendly and their installers were fast! All around it was an excellent experience.
