“Jean works out of his home, So this made me a little apprehensive to drop off my Macbook Pro. But I was already there and the laptop was already broken so I figured why the heck not. Jean was incredibly friendly and professional and he had my laptop repaired in no time. I was quoted $2500 for the repair at the Apple store but Jean was able to replace the part for less than $200. We have gone to True One Fix for all of our problems and repairs and everything is ready to go within one to two days. It really is incredible how kind and personable the owner is.
