Lauren made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I stepped into her space. She is very knowledgeable and talented, and helped me with my neck/jaw pain immensely. I will definitely be coming back!

Most knowledgeable massage therapist I found and can put that knowledge to work. Lauren worked out all of my stress. Quiet when I wanted zen and chatted with me when I wanted some interaction.The space is inviting and has multiple ways of creating the space you need to get what you need out of the experience.10/10 will go back for more.

I can't say enough good things about my appointment with Lauren. Her calm energy made me feel comfortable immediately, as did the soothing environment. I felt she really listened when we discussed my health issues, and her knowledge and expertise made for a truly exceptional massage.
