We have two Persian rugs that we’ve had for 25+ years. They have been walked on. We’ve had dogs and cats pee on them! So in a 10 year refresh of our house one of the things we wanted to do is get the Persian rugs cleaned professionally. Found Bowden’s on line, read their ratings, called them and they came and picked up both rugs, cleaned them and brought them back. They look brand new. I think we’re good for another 20 years! Very pleased with the service and the communication. And the end product looks new and smells great!
Exceeded beyond expectations! Chose Bowden’s carpet cleaning to clean my mother’s 4 rugs and they came out beautifully today for a great price. Was told when arrived that the rugs were very fresh and odor-free given the rugs struggled with pet odor and soiling. Gave realistic turn-around times and was transparent and involved within the entire service from start to finish. Very sweet, straightforward and honest man running the business here. The highly rated reviews were greatly reflected in the photos I received from my mother today! I highly recommend the convenience of them picking up and dropping off the rugs for a fee.
