We were referred by friends to New Tampa Smiles and REALLY like Dr Teveras. He's very personable and took the time to get to know us. This is a family practice, not a chain or group. We wanted a relationship with our dentist and this is exactly what we were looking for. Every person on his staff, particularly Stephanie, is professional with delightful personalities. The office is very nice and his equipment is defiantly state of the art. If you're looking for a long term dentist, you need to give him a try.

Beyond GREAT experience with the Dr and his staff!From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, they were amazing. Very clean office and state of the art equipment. Dr. Tavares has hands of silk! I went in for a broken tooth, had an extraction and did not feel any pain. The staff is excelent communicating.They explain pros/cons and walk you through the procedures making you feel at ease. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. Not to mention how great they are with kids. I've never seen a child run in to sit for a cleaning and meet their hygienist with a hug.Thank you for being the BEST New Tampa Smiles!

This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. I am so happy to have found such a great dentist right here in New Tampa. This mother and son duo were so knowledgeable and down to earth. Very much appreciate New Tampa Smiles!!Update***Normally don’t leave reviews. Yet another great visit. I have a huge fear of the dentist. But not here. Down to earth! No upselling! Straight shooter! I enjoy every visit with him!
