How often do people show up on time as scheduled? I haven't had many good experiences in this area. Bruno showed up on the minute scheduled. WOW! I scheduled with him the evening before and he was here at 8 a.m. sharp. Another company had jerked me around the day before and I'd lost a full day waiting for them to show up for a scheduled appointment. At the end of the day they said they were overbooked and would have to wait until the next week. I said forget it and started looking again when Bruno came to my rescue on very short notice. He did an excellent job and our carpets were quite a challenge, as they are extremely old and worn(and dirty). He's very knowledgeable...read full review

Very happy with the quickness of the response to my inquiry, ease of scheduling around my timeline, quality of the work and professionalism of Bruno. Unfortunately, I will need his services again, but he will be my first call!!!

Bruno cleaned the tile and carpet in my boyfriend's apartment and did an outstanding job! The grout in the tile looks like new. Will go back again for future needs and highly recommend!
