Cocoon: Yoga & Movement Studio is a warm and inviting boutique studio in South Tampa that offers classes rooted in the ancient philosophy of yoga with modern improvisations. The studio's founders and instructors, including Marley, create a welcoming and intimate atmosphere that is perfect for practitioners of all levels. With a diverse range of classes and instructors, students can expect to find a sense of community and connection with like-minded individuals. The studio's expert teachers deliver direct and concise yoga cues, while also providing a space for students to relax and open up. It is known for its judgment-free environment, making it a haven for those seeking a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being. Recently, the studio has gained praise for its fun and lively classes like Warm House Flow with Fani, which encourages students to have fun and move freely, often resulting in a joyful and energizing experience. Many visitors have been coming for about two years and find the studio to be a grounding place where instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and gently challenge students. Some note that night classes might be less soothing due to traffic outside, but overall, Cocoon remains a favorite spot for those looking to connect, relax, and enjoy their practice in a welcoming environment.
