We had a difficult job that required hours of work in the crawl space under our home. Caleb was absolutely amazing and worked diligently to repair a destroyed pipe that led to the sewer.
Excellent experience from initial contact to job completion (installed Thermal Expansion Tank to water heater and replaced plumbing to water softener). The plumber (Ben) was personable, professional and precise in his work. Work was completed in the estimated time and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely use the Drain Team again!
Had services last month after another plumber refused to honor his warranty. It was after hours and as a single mom, The Drain Team was amazing! Miguel was awesome! He was onsite in an hour and made sure to address the issue. It was main drain blockage from excess debris left from the previous plumber. Amazing team! Would recommend to anyone.
