Communication is clear and quick, their estimates of how long the work will take have been accurate, and they’re very respectful of the space, from prepping before the work to cleaning everything up afterward.<br><br>Across the two visits, they tackled quite a list for us. They repaired and replaced a waterlogged section of our exterior patio wall framing, replaced the stucco, and painted it so it looks good as new. Big props to Scott for stepping up to what turned out to be a much deeper repair than we originally expected, and to Patrick for setting expectations up front that we wouldn’t really know the extent of the damage until they opened up the wall.<br><br>They also installed three overhead lights, including one with a dimmer, two whisper-quiet bathroom exhaust fans, and a misting oscillating fan on our back porch. I was especially impressed with Drew for figuring out the exhaust fans since the old ones had been installed in a pretty atypical way, and then figuring out the porch fan within a tight work timeframe too.<br><br>Mega props to the whole team.
