“Finding this company was a welcomed relief! We had spent weeks trying to navigate the scandalous world of home repairs and contractors. We had companies come out and estimate thousands of dollars worth of damage...all fast talking, shady people who skirted around my questions. We had companies wait a week to respond to our inquiry about new service. We had other companies completely ignore our inquiry. When I saw this company on a Google search I was hesitant at first, seeing the 4 star rating. I implore anyone reading this review to read ALL of the reviews! It is a shame Google doesn't allow companies to remove wrong reviews. Some lower reviews were for completely different companies/services. Other legitimate lower reviews, wow! This company made it a point to respond to each one with dates, times and FACTS. I was very impressed with their responses so I decided to give them a try.The company responded right away to my inquiry about new service. They came out quickly. They took their time looking at the issues in our home. They gave honest feedback and set expectations up front. They were at our house doing the repairs less than a week after we got our estimate. As they were working, they gave us updates on what they were doing and why. Their prices were very fair. “I hired Onsite Construction and Restoration to restore my home and garage from fire damage in June 2022. Prior to this incident I never had done any home improvement/ construction project, so I was pretty clueless about the whole process. Jason helped me understand the process and the complications and possible delays around permitting. When we started this project, I was very worried and anxious about unexpected costs, big unknowns. Talking to Jason helped me out a lot as he would come up with creative solutions that would be within budget and would not impact the quality.
