Super impressed with this company! The owner Sid came out and was available within an hour of my call (I didn’t have an emergent need). He was polite, punctual, did a great job, and pricing was very reasonable! Will definitely save his number and recommend to friends!

First let me say, Tampa Bay lock and key is a staple piece of the Tampa Bay area. I am a NYC transplant and have been here for 42 years, this business is trully a homegrown business and they know the value of the customer with a committment to customer service. I used Tampa Bay Lock & key to gain access to one of my rental properties as well as install several new locks and rekey all the locks to work off of one lock. They provided time expectations and a thorough cost analysis. Spectacular service to Sid and his assistant.
