With the bent screens, they measured the screen and gave us an entire new screen at a reasonable price. They have a fast turnaround and a good attitude towards their customers.“
“From the first call, everything went perfectly. Chelsea was fantastic handling calls, scheduling, and updates on when the installation would take place. Brad Moore, the owner gave us the estimate quickly, and without any pressure. They were also 75% less expensive than the company that always advertises on TV.Installation was flawless with Brad Moore (the owner), and Mike. Both were very professional, and they cleaned everything so well, you would never know an installation was done, other than seeing the brand new windows.We did have an issue after the installation. The PGT windows came with two different style window locks. They said they would come back and change out the locks, which they did the next week. Unfortunately, while removing one of the locks, a chunk of the vinyl frame was broken. They said they would order a new window, so that was no problem. It was cosmetic as the window still worked, but it just did not look good. So there was no worry, and no hurry.The only problem we had was with communications in regard to the replacement window. I would send a text or leave a voicemail, and would rarely hear back. More than six months later, I got a text saying they would like to schedule a day to come out to replace the window. It has been installed and is perfect.Ninety percent of our experience with DuraSash was absolutely perfect. In fact, other than the unsatisfactory communication while waiting for the replacement window, I would say this was the best company we have ever dealt with. The other 10% was not too good. “Best Contractor experience since I moved to Lutz.We called and asked for a quote .The salesman arrived the next day,measured the carport and screen enclosures that needed to be replaced. The carport is 34 feet by 50 and the screen room runs the entire length of the house. Both the carport and screen room were done at the same time with the same topnotch employees( a shout out to Dean and Cowboy). ( Ricky, Diane and Richard are the movers behind the company.They used state of the art engineering to span the entire 34 length with no internal posts so that we can pull multiple automobiles inside without anyone bumping into an aluminum post. Seriously NO INTERIOR POSTS. The roof of the carport and screen room were built with insulated roof panels that are almost sound proof when rain drops are falling and the temperature inside the screen room has been reduced by 20 degrees. The workman ship was amazing and the owners visited the site frequently to make sure that we were SUPER satisfied with the work. Additionally, they added super gutter and vinyl soffit around the entire house. No more clogged down spouts...Amazing product and amazing owners....“

“I had requested an estimate on replacing the windows in my home. A design consultant, Stephanie, came to my home. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Stephanie arrived a few minutes early, and listened to my thoughts, and then proceeded to walk through my home with me and discuss ideas, cost efficiency, and their products and their unique merit. She was able to show me the different products on her IPad, which helped me visualize how they would look in my home. She also had helpful samples of a window portion as well as a portion of a sliding door for me to see, and she demonstrated how they worked so I could see firsthand.
