The owner, Kendyl, and her team are friendly, down to earth, and they all genuinely care about helping you reach any goal you have. But what I love most about this place is that they emphasize health, and they celebrate moving well throughout your life. It is a mixed group of people, all ages, all backgrounds, and it’s a supportive community.
