Steve Malcolm comes quarterly for inspection and treatment of two condos. He always courteously phones about 1 week in advance and is prompt. Steve listens and educates when asked questions. He always provides a high level of customer service even when the office complicated the service in the past. He is a gem and is an asset to spreading the good name of Ehrlich.2/18 Steve Malcolm came today and provided his usual quality service and helped identify a sub-terranian termite problem. He was knowledgeable and courteous. What a pleasure to have him work with us.Services: Spider extermination
Our service techician is Rodney Horsley. He is extremely professional and has been doing a great job protecting our business location. Just a pleasure to work with!Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
Local branch is very good, unfortunately, you have to go through the corporate office to schedule service, has been a nightmare for 3 years. Scheduled appointments that don't materialize. Local branch wasn't made aware of calls. Lack of communication. But will have to say once the Tampa guy (Rob) shows up he does a great job.
