Dr. Rice and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining the treatment plan and insurance information. The appointment was smooth, organized, and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received and look forward to my next visit.
Dr Rice was very thorough with my concerns. The initial exam took about an hour. I did not have enough time to get an adjustment, but am going back in a few days. I believe he will get my back on track and I’ll feel better soon
Dr. Rice is a great chiropractor, but be prepared for your first visit to take about an hour and a half. He works by himself, so he handles all of his patients personally, which means you may not be seen exactly at your scheduled appointment time. Even so, the service is great. At times it can feel a bit rushed because he is juggling multiple patients, but in every interaction he is warm, personable, and genuinely caring. You can tell he truly cares about his patients.
