“New patient and couldn’t be more pleased and grateful to Dr Simon, Sam and Lynn who together gave my precious kitty a stress free senior wellness visit. This “cats only” practice is a hidden gem. From the moment I made the appointment with Lynn who indulged my every question effortlessly and with kindness to meeting her this morning. Lynn is the face of the practice and is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The practice smells nice when you walk in, it’s quiet and feels homey. Definitely a wonderful change from other veterinary clinics. So much to say about Dr Simon … she is very knowledgeable, gentle, calming and listened to what I wanted to share about Cookie. She is genuine and thoughtful with her words. We discussed Cookie’s care and next steps. Cookie is 9yo and is typically stressed having to be in her carrier then a new place. Today, Cookie was relaxed and calm while Dr Simon gave her a physical exam. In the past, going to the vet was chaotic, noisy and stressful for both of us. Then Sam came in and took Cookie for her blood draw and urine sample. She was back in 5mins. I was amazed and asked did she hiss or growl. Sam said no she’s so sweet. Okay, so you get Cookie’s exceptional visit today. Cookie’s behavior was the complete opposite of her past visits at other clinics and that’s all I needed to see. If Cookie’s calm and relaxed then this will be her new medical home for the rest of her life. Thank you all so much for making this visit for Cookie so easy. We love The Cat Doctors ?“
