“Johayward is the best technician! I rent and have had 5 of my rental company’s techs come to my house to attempt a repair on my mini-split AC unit since July. All the techs either didn’t know how to repair it or only looked at it for a few minutes. Not Joe! He was extremely thorough and explained to me everything he was seeing. He basically took apart and put back together the entire unit. He diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part and was able to fix it better than how it was working before it broke! Joe seriously has been a savior after dealing with a lot of fails during this process. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!!!“

“Discovered an electrical problem within 3 days of moving into new home, that was not only frustrating, but concerning. Then wasted an entire day waiting on another company (Mr. Electric of Land o Lakes) to arrive for a service call their AI bot made only to learn they don't service my area (yet never bothered to call and inform me so I could find someone else).
Mid-day Thursday I called Kate the Office Manager at Allstar and explained my dilemma and frustration. She listened empathetically but said it would be few days before she could get anyone out to us. That Kate cared enough to take note of the details, take initiative to follow back up and get someone out here as soon as they had an opening is unbelievable today. Then to have the great experience we had with their electrician Chip --without even being charged for the service call is remarkable and refreshing. Good people and honest businesses still exist.

“The only word I can think of that properly describes Dennis and Scruggs Electric, are Heroes.
I know nothing about home electric other than I hit the switch and the light comes on. When the lights in a portion of my house stopped working, Google told me how to check the breaker, and then informed me that if it wouldn’t click back, to call an electrician.
Dennis had Ernest at my home within the hour. He replaced the burnt fuses and we were back in action!

A few days later, different lights started to shut off. Dennis rearranged his schedule to come by and look at the breaker box himself. After testing he noticed the voltage was completely off, and surges were what was taking out my lights. He was kind enough to wait with me as I called the TECO emergency line and explained to them over the phone what was wrong.
In an event that could only be seen as a miracle, TECO arrived within 20 mins, while Dennis was still at the house. He explained to the tech exactly what he thought the problem was and the tech got to work. POWER RESTORED TO NORMAL!
