“Any time I used my old washer, it would just shut off so I thought if I switched the breaker off & on, it would bring it back on & it did (I had other issues with the front loading washer too). After examining the outlet that the washer hooked up to, it was loose almost like I could pull it out. I got an appt in a timely manner because I had just bought a new washer since the old one wasn’t working properly & wanted to use it so someone came out, determined my breaker was the issue because a wire was loose & burning, then the outlet was replaced & now my new washer runs without any issues & doesn’t turn off!“

“The only word I can think of that properly describes Dennis and Scruggs Electric, are Heroes.
I know nothing about home electric other than I hit the switch and the light comes on. When the lights in a portion of my house stopped working, Google told me how to check the breaker, and then informed me that if it wouldn’t click back, to call an electrician.
Dennis had Ernest at my home within the hour. He replaced the burnt fuses and we were back in action!

A few days later, different lights started to shut off. Dennis rearranged his schedule to come by and look at the breaker box himself. After testing he noticed the voltage was completely off, and surges were what was taking out my lights. He was kind enough to wait with me as I called the TECO emergency line and explained to them over the phone what was wrong.
In an event that could only be seen as a miracle, TECO arrived within 20 mins, while Dennis was still at the house. He explained to the tech exactly what he thought the problem was and the tech got to work. POWER RESTORED TO NORMAL!
