The woman working behind the counter gave me an excellent customer service experience. I wish I could remember her name. She had blonde hair and a beautiful tan. It was my first experience ever in a tanning salon and I have to say she was the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I feel silly to have worried so much before I went that they would judge me because I'm a man but I didn't get that at all from her. She explained everything to me to the tee and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. The friendly faces here make coming in so enjoyable. I am here literally everyday and the customer service is unbelievable!! 11/10 recommend starting a membership here!! I will never be discontinuing my monthly memberships!!!!Service: UV tanning

I am the palest of pale, therefor I do not tan and have no tan skills or knowledge… I went in about a month ago and the manager suggested me a lotion based on my super fair skin, it gave me a great base layer of color and then when I came in recently she totally suggested the best lotion ever. It’s never once been dirty in the building and never too crowded where you have to wait. You can go in there in your pjs like I do and avoid conversation getting in and out fast but if you want to stop and chit chat or ask questions, every single girl in there will have a little convo with you or make you feel so welcomed.
