My 40 year old toilet was having a serious water leak, so I knew I needed to replace the whole toilet from a very small half bath.
JD came for a free estimate, after I got home from work after 5:00pm. He took one quick look and said it needed a new inside tank part and did not need to replace the whole toilet. He had a tight fit around the toilet, but in just a few minutes, had the part replaced, did not make one drop of water on the floor and even tightened the seat. It didn't take but a few minutes. We talked more about bass fishing than, it took to do the repair.
