The instructors (Maria and Jim) are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they also possess a genuine passion for helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. I have been going to Europilates for seven years and have gone from constant back pain to almost no pain. I credit Maria with this transformation. Everyone who trains there is welcoming and the classes are genuinely fun.

EuroPilates is my favorite place! It has made me stronger and so aware of my body and posture. The workouts are challenging and can be modified if needed. Maria and Jim are both so knowledgeable and motivating. I highly recommend giving it a try!
