I had an excellent experience with MaidPro of Tampa and Laura who cleaned the townhome. The MaidPro office listened to my concerns and priorities before starting service and their customer service was quick to answer when I called and quickly called right back when they were not able to answer right away. Laura also listened and confirmed that we were all on the same page at the start of the cleaning. She was polite, and very thorough.

We've used Maidpro regularly for some years now and are quite satisfied. Having an outside housecleaning service come in can be disruptive, but our current Maidpro cleaner (Randi H.) is very professional, does a great job with no fuss. She even gets along with our barky little dog. Thanks.

I conveyed my dissatisfaction to the company, and MaidPro sent different cleaning professionals for the follow-up cleaning: LaNisha and Vanessa.LaNisha and Vanessa are reliable, detail-orientated, and consistent! Every cleaning with LaNisha and Vanessa has been exceptional. Very grateful that they listened to my concerns with the prior cleaners and addressed those points.
