“I went to Aesthetics Lab on Friday for a hydrafacial with Crystiny and honestly had such a great experience. She’s amazing at what she does & the facial felt so cleansing and relaxing. It’s been a couple days and my skin really looks clear and glowy, I think it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had!

I have dry, sensitive skin, and everything she used was super gentle but still really effective. Crystiny asked a lot of questions about my skin history, and I could tell she really understood what my skin needed :)

“When we walked in we were greeted by a very kind front desk lady. Check-in was smooth less than 2 minutes to complete and they offered water or tea while they set up the appointment appropriately. They pay attention to detail and noticed we came in together so they placed us in the same room which was really thoughtful.

I booked a prenatal massage and my sister a deep tissue massage and therapeutic sport and medical massage for 60min and it was amazing. I had a lift done with an implant and c section scar revision back in May and from consultation to surgery to post op appointments I have felt so supportive and comfortable. I was never really sure about what I wanted but knew I wanted my breasts fixed after breastfeeding for four years. Dr. Watt was so kind and knowledgeable and helped guide me through the entire process. I fully trusted his expertise to give me the results that I was looking for and he did exactly that. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt cared for. Pam, the office manager, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. The entire office runs like a well-oiled machine—they're organized, efficient, and always on schedule, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Castellano took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answered every question I had. I had a severe diastasis along with a hernia, and he was very honest about what recovery would look like. He didn't sugarcoat it—this is major surgery, and recovery isn't easy—but everything happened exactly as he prepared me for. That honesty gave me confidence throughout the process.
